We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (UK time). Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery times & costs

Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days — Free on all orders.

4. Failed delivery & address issues

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In these cases, reshipping costs may apply. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
